How to Create an OpenOffice Template.pdf (685.91 KB) I created this as a request, you do have the option to use the letters section within Crystal, export your medical records as a PDF or create a template using Word. If you have any questions, please let me know! I prefer using Word as I've found that it is the fastest way to create a template...OpenOffice is a close second Erica ******As of 12/09/2019 OpenOffice will no longer be supported********

Once you've set your crystal PM to open with "open office", how do I get it back to working with microsoft office again, if I'm wanting to go back?

You should be able to go back and forth between the two.

Once you've set your crystal PM to open with "open office", how do I get it back to working with microsoft office again, if I'm wanting to go back? -Mark I'm not sure if you are having this same issue, but when I originally installed OpenOffice to test its functionality for Custom Docs it installed itself as the primary word processor and default program for opening word documents. Thus, even though I had MS Word as well, anytime I would try to open a custom doc it would only do so in OpenOffice. You will need to go to Control Panel -->Programs --> Default Programs --> Set your default programs in order to make MS word the default program again.. If you have MS word my advice would be to just uninstall OpenOffice all together..
