There is a way to organize all your files to easily access without scrolling through and sorting. just switch to display treeview and add the names you want. Admin>Defaults>File Defaults. First tab is File Types. Add anything you type to right click to name file...so you know what you are about to view before you even open it. Second Tab is File Descriptions. This gives you your drop downs to organize. I have auths, doctors records, plan matrix, etc. so it looks like the left side instead of the right. very simple and easy to read/find what you are looking for and faster to add files to describe file, especially for people with 40 plus files and 22 doctor's records... Trust me...
