I don't know if it's a bug but i noticed if i type an alert through the scheduler interface, it does not append to the patient demographic tab. But if i type an alert through the demographic tab, it will put the alert through the scheduler interface but not vice versa. Seeing if this could be fixed in an update or any special reason why it was not implemented that way?
Thanks.

That way an alert from the pt pages will show up on the appt. Then you also have the option of entering an alert specific to that appt via the appt scheduler. Once you realize how it works, it shouldn't be a problem and I, personally, wouldn't want it "fixed". One thing that is kind of a bug is that if you are on a patient that has an alert and you make an appt and select None or Template, that alert message stays on the appt window, even though it doesn't pertain to that pt anymore.
