No one told me before I put in the two doctors that the first doctor inputted is the default doctor on the schedule. So now the doctor scheduled 3 days a week is the second one to pop after the doctor who only is here for two days per week. I was told if I removed the two day a week doctor and then re-entered him it would destroy my reports. Geez, it would be nice to have a drop down on the employee list to move them up & down!! Not too hard, I hope!

You can change the order! Go to admin - schedule - click on tab Emp Order and move them up and down! Be sure to click save settings before leaving this page.

This does not work. The employee listed is my Dr. I want listed but the doctor that shows up first is a doctor that I had to reactivate to clean up no show and canceled reports from last year (who is at bottom of list).  |

Ah, it only moves it on the daily view, not weekly view. I'll notify them to make it so it works for weekly view as well.
