Once I fill out the routing slip and I check the cms form as ready to go how do I know that it is in the batch? Or am I missing a step here?
When you look to the right of the 'ready' box, you will see either 'Add to Batch' or 'Remove from Batch'. Click to toggle. You can also set specific insurance CMS's to automatically add to batch. That works nicely so you can review them in the batch and not worry about forgetting one.
Don't let what you can't do keep you from doing what you can do!
