Currently, when you add in a note on the prescription it automatically goes into the Notes to Lab box on the order.
I've had a few offices request that the note goes into the Notes (not sent to lab) box.

Maybe we could have two notes boxes on the prescription - one for lab and the other for internal?

Yes, absolutely. I have had a few jobs get really confused at the lab because of this. If we could have the content for the notes show up in the Notes (not sent to lab) box instead it would help a lot. It would also allow me to make some buttons for varying recommendations to copy into the notes that my optician could see but not be confused by the lab from what was actually ordered. Or maybe give us a link for the Rx field to those notes like SPRX 21?
