Frame UPC number issue - anyone else?

When adding a new frame to the inventory - If the new UPC being entered is similar to another UPC number already in the inventory it will just pull up that frame already in the inventory.  Then I have to change the sku # so it reads as a new frame so I can enter the new style.  Does this happen to anyone else?  It drives me nuts!

I'm not sure what version of the software you're on, but you need to make sure that there are more than just the last digit that are different. The last digit is a check digit (just determines if the UPC is valid) and will not differentiate that UPC from another.
