I have modified our custom invoices so I do know how to change things, however, I need to know how to add the "pay by credit card" set up. There is no possible way for me to create all those lines. I have tried.
Is this something offices have pre-printed??
I have included an example to show what I am referring too. It doesn't need to be this exactly, just something like that. I would sincerely appreciate any info you guys can give me!

Jessica, If you have an image of the pay-by-credit-card that you would like to use you can import that image onto your invoices/statements in the custom invoice too. Or you can create one in the text options box as I did below. I created it in the box all together so they would line up and space evenly, then dragged it to where I wanted it in the invoice.
