1) Is there a way to keep the "display appointment type" check box checked for an entire login session on an individual computer? A few of us utilize this feature but as soon as you toggle to patient info page it automatically unchecks. If we go into admin/scheduler and set it as default then it stays checked for everyone and only a few of us use it. Any suggestions?
2) Is there a way to alert if 2 people are trying to book appointment in the same time slot? We regularly double book by accident.
3) When you update phone numbers and set preferred contact number on patient info tab, it doesn't automatically update on the "make appointment" pop up window. Why doesn't it populate there? Very unhandy!

No, currently is an all or none feature. 2) Is there a way to alert if 2 people are trying to book appointment in the same time slot? We regularly double book by accident. no, but what we did at my office is click refresh before I hit save appointment. That way, if someone else just booked one, I'll see it show up.3) When you update phone numbers and set preferred contact number on patient info tab, it doesn't automatically update on the "make appointment" pop up window. Why doesn't it populate there? Very unhandy! that would be a neat feature. I'd go to requests and make this item a request.
