The easiest way to make sure all patients seen on a particular day have been invoiced out would be to go to the daily schedule and check "Display Invoices". If the patient was invoiced that day, the invoice number(s) will show up in their appt block on the schedule (after a hyphen).
Grace said it shows up after the name but it must depend on what you include on the appt block because mine displays after the alert.
