HIPAA Hard Drive Encryption Recommendations Wanted

So the only recommendation we have here at Crystal for encryption software is Microsoft's BitLocker, which is free on Windows Professional and above.

I'm hoping other offices can post here about what they are using.

I have tried to use BitLocker with very unhappy results. When it's active the clients are not able to access CPM. Any recommendations on how to implement BitLocker would be welcome
