We'd like to have available a way to store phone numbers and contact information of vendors and such in CrystalPM. Is there a place where this can be done for easy access or is it in the future plans for CrystalPM?

Under your Inventory tab, there is a section for Optical Labs and another for Other Vendors.

issue with adding misc vendors to this, it will become part of your drop down menu for LENS LABS. I asked for this to be fixed over a year ago so I could add my misc. vendors info in, as well. to date, nada.

Everything dumped in the same bucket when we went from OfficeMate to Crystal and it's been too much hassle to sort them out. I set up a Rolodex in MS One Note which is on our server and accessible from anyone on the network.

I just have an excel spreadsheet with names account#'s and usernames and passwords for online ordering (when avail) I would LOVE to add my vendors. p.s. my bosses still go looking for a physical folder for every phone # in an actual filing cabinet since the files scanned and filed away (for the last 2 years AND the spreadsheet are too tech for them...their words, not mine)

Have finally broken our doc from going for the paper files, he likes the tech stuff (sort of). I have a spreadsheet in One Note with all the websites, user names, passwords, etc. Again, accessible on the network, but only two of us take the time to use it. I love One Note, I keep all insurance info notes there, links to printables, even scanned business cards for vendors. You should check it out, you would get a lot of use out of it!

What about the File/Rolodex feature? I just noticed it last week so it is likely a new feature - pretty cool. Gives options to sort by vendor, PHP etc. Very nice.

Gives options to sort by vendor, PHP etc. Very nice. Because that feature never existed before update. I am not "impressed" with it since it still doesn't add all of the info I already have stored. I would rather look and add in the vendor section WITHOUT it adding to the Labs. I still have needs to add inventory for items but do not wish that info to be on frame page.
