Can anyone explain what the "check invoice" button under "edit invoice" does?
Hm...I've never noticed it before. It looks like it is checking for missing PQRS codes but I'm not sure it is functional yet. The invoice I tried it on happened to have an AMD diagnosis code and the attached window popped up The message is cut off but it looks like it's asking if I want to add the PQRS codes for AMD. However, I have a code for 4007F in my billcodes and it is not showing up as an option to check. I scanned through the PQRS video and didn't see anything referring to that button. Hopefully someone from Crystal will chime in soon.
The check invoice is for required modifiers/codes for specific bill codes. So if you have the "requires modifier" box checked in your bill codes and/or suggested PQRS codes it will prompt you to add them. The same thing happens when you click on Save Invoice.
