Since the last update, I have had all of my Medicare claims rejected for procedures 92083, 92225 and 92250 due to missing referral doctor. I have been submitting via Office Ally. When I print out the 1500 form I cleared see my name as the referring physician but when inform is sent to medicare electronically it is missing. Are you getting any reports of this? I am also contacting office ally to determine where the problem maybe. Thanks.
