I need assistance in correcting the printable size of Crystal's retinal drawing. Under the ERM the drawing can be enlarge. However, when I print copies of the chart (pdf files) the drawing are small(1x1). United healthcare asked for multiple chart during a random audit and determined it to be too small to see details. Is there are a way for correcting this ?

How are you printing the picture? If you open the picture in the picture viewer and then do file->print, it should print out nice and big! This is a screenshot of my print preview: edit: Not sure how I missed it the first time but you said you were printing the PDF, is it possible for you to attach this larger copy for when they need it?

I am printing out using the EHR setting. Exporting all records to folder or print to pdf.

I am printing out using the EHR setting. Exporting all records to folder or print to pdf. I think you have to do as Erica said and print drawings out individually. The print to PDF in EHR makes everything microscopic. You'd still have to print them individually but unless you are a lot better at drawing in Crystal than I am, you may want to print out some sheets with the landmarks on them and draw on those and scan them into the file when you can't take a pic of something. I was hoping the EHR pdf can be fine tuned to address the size issues of retinal drawing. Recently, all the insurance companies are asking for copies of charts prior to payment.
