For anyone that is interested, I have finally completed a video demo of my latest template and uploaded it to YouTube. I talk fast and my voice changes because it there's a lot of info in there and I had to do a bunch of editing but I listed time stamps so you can go back and find things you need. Awesome!! I REALLY like the new CL buttons on your CL tab. Thanks. I do too! I've wanted to use buttons to set the parameters for a long time and finally came up with a way to assign the trial lens. Marcia

FYI, My template uses the Alternative ARRA Template (Admin/Company/Records/ Check Alternative ARRA template) youtu.be/NWPGkVS8-0M
If you don't check that, the labels for the ARRA fields will overrun each other and/or be covered by text boxes. My template is shared but you can't really view it properly unless you actually restore it to your system because the template simulator doesn't display the ARRA fields and it uses a bigger font size for the fields. I thought the CPM default font size was way too big so all my text boxes are set to 9 pt font (or 8pt in some cases) to maximize the data on the screen.
I have the template and all the documentation for it including info about customizing it and Word Merge docs and online forms on the Google Site associated with my Google User Group. If anyone is interested in joining the group, message me with your name, office name and address and Crystal ID (only for actual owners of CPM) and, preferably, a gmail address (it is much easier to access everything if subscribed by a gmail address) and I can add you to the group. Note: I will be out of town next week.

Awesome job with your template.
Would you mind sharing how you programmed/created that little "X" button to the right of the diagnosis codes on your A&P tab. That is a great little button! I can not figure out how the lower diagnosis codes are moved up to the cleared field. It is hard to describe its function, but I hope you can interpret what I am describing.
Thanks for sharing...
Ooops... just read you have the documentation on Google. I'll check it out. Thanks again.

I am out of town and I honestly don't remember how I did it. If you haven't figured it out by next week let me know and I'll look up the code. Marcia

Would you mind sharing how you programmed/created that little "X" button to the right of the diagnosis codes on your A&P tab. That is a great little button! I can not figure out how the lower diagnosis codes are moved up to the cleared field. Here's the way it is coded: Clear the diag code field for that diagnosis line (STV blank) If the next line down has a value, Link the code for the diagnosis line below to the original code field (moves the lower code up) Run the X button for the next diagnosis line (to repeat the process to move up the next line) I attached the code for the top button. Thinking about it now, I'm not sure I would put the "If it has a value" qualifier in there because it's still going to run the next X button anyway, but it works so I'm not messing with it. Marcia

What is the name of this template, I searched the Crystal Community for Dettloff and could not find it. Thanks. It's listed under Cary Optometric but it doesn't display properly in the med rec template demo because my text boxes are smaller and ARRA fields on med rec tabs don't display in the demo so you really have to restore and use the Alternative ARRA template (go to Admin/Company/Records tab and heck use Alternative ARRA Template) to view it properly.
