Is there a way to set up the "Excel" reports to be able to just print without printing to a file? Several of us do not use Excel and are cloud based and use Google Docs. Even if we save to a file, it is a messy process to try and open it without having to purchase MS Office software and trying to convert it into a different format. It would be nice if we could just print it from Crystal like other reports. Also we've noticed that there are a handful of reports that do not print out with a header. Could a header please be added to all reports? Thank you! =)

When you click "print to file" in a report it will save as a .csv file (comma separated value). This is a standard file format and is compatible with Google "sheets" (Their version of excel) as well as OpenOffice's free spead sheet software. You should not have any issue uploading this to your google drive account and in turn opening, editing, and printing the contents.
