I have not had any issues auto batching. system has 3 different claims in same eclaims screen for 3 different insurances and it handles all just fine. It will just miss them if you don't autobatch because who has the time to cross reference EVERY single claim to make sure it's was submitted manually?

Marcia, from my experience this happens when you have more than one claim open at a time. They system gets confused and will not update either claim. Thanks Lori, I'll tell her to watch for that. Marcia
