I am a little confused at how to get crystal to do what I would like. Right now I have the recall set up to create labels for postcards so that we can remind patients to schedule their appointments and that works beautifully. Now I am attempting to add another recall action. I created a phone call action and added it to my template to generate a reminder for us to call patients and I set it for 2 weeks after the recall date. The problem I am encountering is that I don't see the phone recall type show up they all say appt recall, so I am not sure who I'm supposed to call. How does this work or if someone else has a better suggestion I am open to anything.

Will try to help, setting up recalls can be complicated. Some things to check: make sure if you want to pull recall for patients WITH appointments, check the radio button 'ignore all future appointments'. The default will not show patients with future appointments. Stating the obvious, make sure the phone recall is set in each patient record and your date range includes that recall. Hope it's as simple as one of these.
