Does anyone know how to back up the letters you can generate from the records section?

Go to EHR->Import Templates/MedRec Utility Click the Backup Existing Templates button, save the file to your computer
This will actually backup the records template, letters and records for procedure all in one package.

When you say "Back Up" do you mean save those custom letter templates so as to not lose them or to be able to share them with other offices? Or do you mean saving a particular letter for a particular patient? both can be done btw.
If you want to "Back Up" the templates you have created then go to Admin-->Updates and you should see a box titled "Share with the CPM Community" Click the options you would like to share and hit "share my templates"... This is essentially a back up that is stored by CPM and can be accessed via the EHR dropdown-->Import Templates in records..
If you want to save a particular letter for a particular patient then use the Crystal PDF Printer to print it to their chart.

Thank you. I understand now that I can get the letters if they are lost or corrupted from the back up. Thank you.
