I have the backup option set up in Crystal and its no longer letting me backup to a computer on the network. I now have to backup onto an external hard drive and its properly backing up to this external hard drive. But I noticed I am no longer receiving the confirmation email that Crystal is backed up. Anyone else have this problem where they not getting the email confirmation after the back up?

I stopped getting the emails but I also know it did get backed up so I think I may have turned notifications off...Crystal is, sadly, spotty at best with emailing about anything. The option in the updates is a basic waste of space. They ALMOST NEVER send any out, you have to just go check when an issue comes up and before you call to see it it fixes it first.
It really is the only negative I can say, so all things considered, not that bad.
Have you tried to set up the back up by wiping out the old one? You have a more current back-up on an external drive, anyway. Sometimes the old "Did you try turning it on and off again?" really is all that's wrong. A data packet "stuck" somewhere so it thinks its doing something but it's not...Just a thought...

Is that something that is broken or a feature request? I don't do much of the billing. I look like a deer in headlights when in the billing module lol.

It's an issue with security. It scares me that a person with NO access to Void and just go into edit mode and void out an ENTIRE invoice on line item at a time...

Gotcha - I got some more info and see how that would be a undesired loophole. Our billers have requested the ability for specific permissions in the billing section.
