I would like a way to ADD a NOTES FIELD to the INSURANCE RECEIVABLE report to quickly see if a claim has made it to apex, if it needs attention like a birthday, etc...

This would be helpful to document notes when following up on pending and aged claims or appeals. Many times, the Insurance CSR tells us info and provides a ref# for the call. We include this information on the invoice notes page now, but it would be super helpful to see this information or to add this type of information to a notes field on the insurance receivable report. We are currently printing out the Insurance Receivables after toggling to filter by oldest/aged receivables and then we write all this info on the printed out copy of the report to quickly have access to this info for the next time we pull the Insurance Receivables report. Hope that all made sense...

You may have already seen it since it was added a while ago but in the Insurance Receivable report but there is a checkbox for "Display Notes" now. |

Hope that all made sense... When you are posting in the Mass Insurance Check if you scroll all the way to the right, there is a notes field. Anything you add in there will be added to the Invoice Notes for that date of service. |
