Prev/Next buttons in medical records

It would be really nice to have Prev and Next buttons (or L/R arrows) at the top or bottom of the records window that would allow us to scroll through records for the current tab. If I'm trying to review past data or I'm looking for something from a prev exam, it's a pain to have to click the tab and the date for each one and when there are a bunch of visits, it can be hard (for this old timer) to keep track of which date I want next.
