Reviving an oldie but goodie....Some patients have medical insurance benefits under both themselves and their spouse with the same company (Blue Cross, for example), with different id's and plans. However, it is impossible in CPM to transfer the balance from the first insurance to the second insurance and submit an electronic claim. The second insurance doesn't show up on the Mass Ins Check, and from the invoice, the CMS shows the primary insurance no matter which is selected. I have to manually enter the information at the risk of leaving out something important which could get my claim denied. A fix for this has been requested before (looonnngg time ago) and has not been fixed yet, so requesting again.

You can create a "secondary" plan under the insurance so you are able to transfer balances between the two.
