From the Forum I didn't read anything that looked similar to what I am requesting but I apologize if there is any that are like my request.
This is the issue we are having. We have text messages and emails that go out to tell our patients information to remind them; however, if they do not have emails and text messages we send letters. When we make a "Recall Report" it does not allow us to just print labels for these selected patients and as of right now the only option we see (after calling the help support) is print all. Today we have 322 in this report but only 33 that we actually need labels to send out. So this is about 10 + sheets of labels that is wasted and causes a lost of money on our side.
Thank you for your concern and help to resolve this issue.

The only thing that I can think of as a "solution" to your problem is that when you run your recall report that you click the "Print to File" button INSTEAD of the "Print Labels" button.
When you do this you will get a box asking you to save. When you save it, it will save as a ".csv" file which is a "comma separated value" file.
Then what you can do is open that file that you saved to your desktop or wherever with Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc, etc. Once you open it you can then delete all the patients that you do NOT want to print labels for and finally print that edited file directly onto your labels from Excel or Calc.
Hope this helps.

Thanks pfec for your input. That, at this moment, seems to be one option but hopefully will have crystal pm come up with a much easier way to help and make it quicker to do such to free up some time for us here in the office. Once again, I do appreciate you and your input in helping us out... it will have to be something we will have to do for now.
