Don't know if anyone else has had this, but on my MU stage 2 report, Patient Reminders is a 0 even though I have marked to Apply list from my Recall Report. I have compared names and found names on the 'missed' list which do have a Note that a reminder was sent and should have been applied. Please check on this and let me know if something has changed in the measurement.

I'm assuming you are talking about MU Stage 2, Measure 12, for patient reminders. We also checked the box to use for meaningful use on the recall report but very few names appeared (not enough to meet the measure) We spoke with James at CrystalPM and he was able to make some changes through our Correspondence Report to help us meet this measure. He can help you do the same. Good Luck.

I was wondering about this because we use SolutionReach for our reminders so how does Crystal track that? Or do we need to do something manually?
