We utilize the "Bill Codes" button in the Make Appointment screen and it is very beneficial to us. However, since we got the new and enhanced Crystal (with the beautiful updated schedule) the "Bill Codes" is harder to use, especially when you are busy helping patients back to back. Before you clicked "Add Bill Code" and could add them by searching and then hitting "Enter" to select the code and see all the bill codes added right in the appointment. Now you have to click (1) "Bill Code" on the Make Appointment screen and (2) then "Add Billing Code," (3) next search one by typing the bill code name, (4) and then mouse click on ok. Then the box closes and we have to do that process up to 4 more times depending on what the patient is coming in for. I would like to see two changes to this section.
1. Leaving the box open that shows all the bill codes you've added and so you can simply click, "Add Billing Code" in between each one and search.
2. And probably even more helpful is: Once you are searching for a billing code and the code you desire is highlighted to be able to hit "Enter" on the keyboard and the code be saved.
