Part of my question will have to do with the 'patient' tab, we we're requesting to create a 'secondary' preferred contact method. My schedule questions are as follows:
We would like to be able to see both the 'primary' preferred contact method, as well as showing a 'secondary' preferred contact method (creating this secondary method is the part I believe will have to be done in the patient tab). Is it possible to do this, and maybe color code as well? In addition, without opening the patient, it would be helpful to be able to see the primary contact information while looking at the schedule in Crystal.

You can specify certain information to display on the schedule lineup. For this you can go to Admin->Schedule
Under the Schedule Page Defaults, there is a box for Schedule Appt Text. Click the Fields button to display the information you can display on the appointment.
Double click on the Syntax to add it to the Schedule Appt Text.
Don't forget to save!
