We have all of our trays numbered so when a patients frame order goes in a tray, we put the tray color and number on the patients order in Crystal so we can easily locate the tray in our lab. There is not a place on the frame order to put tray number so up until the latest update, when we create the order in Crystal, we would put the UPC code in the order (let it populate all of the frame information). We would then delete the UPC number and list the Tray color and number there. This box shows up on the frame order reports. Since the latest update, we cannot change the information in the UPC number box from the order page.
Can you either make it so that we can delete the UPC number and use that box for our tray number, or add a place to put tray information on the frame page that will show up on the frame report? We could list it under the Ordered/Ref.#/Date spot on the order page but this does not show up on the frame report page.
