I've created a form for patients to review at each visit, eg: Name, Address, Phone number, Insurance. I also want them to review medications, PCP, and last exam with PCP. However, we have a box for their PCP in the exam record where we keep that info vs under the patient tab. The "Send Office" button on the schedule page only pulls data from the patient tab/demographics and select areas in the records tab like the medications box. We sometimes type meds in a separate box under that if we can't locate it in the official meds box, but that also don't print out. Obviously we could go into the exam record and use the "Send Office" button and it would show up then, but we'd have to do this for every patient of the day vs pressing the button once from the schedule page.
