Don't know if anyone else is using the portal to send invoices, I'm just now trying it out. I noticed that the footer of the invoice is printing on the email right in with the portal info. This seems confusing to anyone reading the email before they log in to get the invoice. It would also be a good time to introduce patients to the portal. Can we remove the footer from the email and just have the portal info? I have also asked James if it can be made so we can edit the email that goes out to personalize it for our office.
