Hi,
We have a client who is using CrystalPM to input their patient information and he reached out to us concerned about how that data is being displayed to them when looking at a patient's records. From what I understand, when their patients fill out the intake forms online, they select an insurance carrier from a drop down menu. It appears that once the form is submitted and entered into Crystal, it populates it as a numeral instead of the insurance plan name, which makes perfect sense from a development perspective.
The problem he's having however is after the fact, when he's looking at a patient's information on, what was described to me as the "patient import screen". On that page it will list “Ins1 Code”, and that has a number value instead of something more "human readable", and below that it simply says ignore in parenthesis. He wants to know if it is at all possible to display the insurance carrier and plan instead, as it is information that they would ultimately need to know.
