Has anyone else run into an issue with the inventory module where they cannot click the "Verify Inventory" button? The button is enabled and clickable on the "Frames" and "Miscellaneous" tabs but when viewing "Contact Lenses", the button is grayed-out and disabled and clicking does nothing.
There are 450 contacts that were added a few months ago plainly visible in the list. We are now attempting to rescan them all to verify the inventory but are unable to. Help?
