You don't like how your schedule looks? We give you lots of options for how to display it. You can change the times from 10 minutes to 15, 20, 30, etc. to show more or less of your day on one screen. You can change the colors associated with different appointment types. You can change the colors associated with different statuses. You can flag whether or not the insurance information has been verified or not. You can change the text that shows to include or exclude anything. You could make it simply show the insurance company of the patient and how many minutes have transpired since they signed in, if you wanted to. Its completely up to you!
If you don't know how to make any of these changes, try Admin->Schedule. If you still have problems, ask for help.

Hi Peter- How about changing from a 7-day week view to 5-day week view to maximize horizontal real estate?
Thanks! Caitlin

Hi Peter- How about changing from a 7-day week view to 5-day week view to maximize horizontal real estate? That's a great suggestion! Not every office is open all 7 days and this would be a great feature request for the feature request section.

Thank you! We changed the flags in the admin - scheduling window to say "Check Ins Eligibility" or "Ins Checked"... when appt is scheduled, they select "Check Ins Eligibility" then the person checking changes it to "Ins Checked" once it's been done.

On our make appointment screen (box) it still says Flags: None, Flag 1 Flag 2.

Do you know if there is a way to flag an account on the schedule if more insurance information is needed or if the insurance information isn't valid. I seen the new "Check Ins Eligibility" or "Ins Checked" on the schedule pop ups but I'm not sure how to flag the account if the insurance was checked but not valid or if more information is needed or if that is even possible. Also is there a way to quickly identify it on the schedule based upon color or another marker without opening each appointment up to see?

Also is there a way to quickly identify it on the schedule based upon color or another marker without opening each appointment up to see? The section for Admin->Schedule allows you to rename the flag1 and flag2 fields to reflect new information. You can have these flags show up in the schedule display by changing the "Schedule Appt Text" to display the flags. You can select "Flag" from the field list or add "<fl>" to the text manually. Play around with it to make it work for you!
