Flagged Threat file in Crystal

Hi, I run Crystal and have SentinelOne on my end points. However, this SentinelOne is always picking up a 'cni.opti.syncLink.exe' and coming from crystal.exe as malware. Apparently it could have something to do with the certificate.
How do I resolve this?
