Can Crystal PM make an update so that if we need to print a summary letter that needs to pull data from a previous exam we can just print the letter if we go to that exam and not have to edit it. Right now in order to print an exam summary letter for a template I created I have to go to the "previous records" then click "edit" then click "letters" than "input data" I hope you can figure out a way if we just go to "letters" and then choose the date we want to input the data from rather than having to edit that record. Having to "edit" old records before we can print the letters can be very cumbersome especially if we have to print out all records of the patients to send to another office.
Hope this makes sense.

Hmmm... I know that used to be the case but that was changed a long time ago. I typically use a Word template and haven't had any problems. I just tried to print a letter for an exam last year and it worked without editing the exam. I'd call tech support. Maybe something in your program got corrupted. Marcia
