so I noticed that the program will shut down all of a sudden in the middle of my work. and when I open it back up not everything I typed was saved (depending on when autosaved kicked in) I was told that it might have to do with antivirus program running in background but I removed it and it still does it. this doesn't happen all the time but I would say pretty frequent, at least once a day of not more. who can I contact regarding this?

Is this happening when you're working with a patient or editing templates? Does it give an error? Without more details, I would say the best thing to do would be to call in the next time it happens, and, if possible, stop using that computer until we are able to get logged on and take a look at any possible Windows errors. At the very least, note the exact time on the computer so we can try to trace back the error. As always, you can contact the office at 800-308-7169.

Check your settings under the Configuration submenu. If "Do Not Fit To Screen" is checked AND you make the screen larger, clicking in the Crystal window but OUTSIDE the normal window position (below or to the right) immediately closes the active window (like hitting the Close button). Uncheck that and the active window will always fill the Crystal window. I also set the window to the size I want in EHR and go to Configuration? Set current screen size to default so that Crystal will always open at the size I need to avoid scrollbars in EHR. Marcia
