specialty contact lens prescription

The prescription is defaulted so we can't change it but is there any advice on how we can enter Rx for specialty contact lenses like OrthoK, Synergeys, etc. I am having a hard time putting these Rx in the default boxes. Thanks

I am curious also as I do many scleral/hybrid/custom soft/orthok lenses. I would love to see a template from some that are doing this.
