Previous Name on Patient page

So we have had a few times where it would have been really helpful to have a name field for those who have gotten married or separated and now have a different last name. It would be awesome if the names filtered through the search and what not, maybe similar to the "Nickname" field. OR maybe just change "Nickname" to a drop down similar to the Mr/Mrs field, with options like Maiden name, Nickname ect ect. I know this may also be helpful with insurances who have the patient last name spelled wrong and haven't updated the correct info.

Any plans to implement this? This would be really helpful for us.
