Create Diag button command

FYI, Update 4.3.17 has a new button command that opens the Edit Diagnostic Code window so we can add a missing diagnosis code on-the-fly without going to Admin/Diagnosis. So... if you have something you can't find, search at ICD10data.com (you can an add a button to you tab that opens the website for you). When you find the correct code, use that button to It's not as good as just being able to freely enter a code but at least we don't have to leave the record and it will be in the system for when the patient returns.

Under edit medical records

Add a field Type: Button
Select Command
Select Pre-loaded Application
Select Create Diag from drop down list
Add field to tab

I tried to add this button and was unable to find "Create Diag" in the Pre-loaded Application drop down list. Did I miss something here?
