I ran new update today, now when we go in to Add Medication, we can't see the whole list of currently listed medications. It's like we have to start from scratch. Is this by design or bug? For patients with a long list, it is pretty well necessary to see them all at once. On the ARRA tab, you only see 3 at a time. What's going on here? Karen

This is by design and should be exactly the same as it's been since at least the 3.6 versions. To view an entire list, especially if it's a long one, you would want to go to EHR Settings then click on the Consolidate Medications button.

Do you know if a problem I reported about a second e-RX not showing up was fixed here too?
On Mon I e-Rxd a drug in Allscripts and when I added another e-Rx for the same pt later that day, the first drug disappeared from the Drug Rx tab and Drug His log. I went back to Allscripts to make sure I didn't somehow delete the first Rx but they were both listed there. I just checked the patient after updating and the 1st drug is still missing although a fix may not correct what is already there. I don't want to do two fake e-RXs to test it. Marcia
