I've been trying to get my Commissions tracking working. When I pull up the Employee Sales Report, I'm getting most of my tracked bill codes (checked "Optician/ Staff box) under the provider instead of staff.
I checked "Track Employee's sales" on the appropriate staff but it is still reporting under provider.
What am I doing wrong?

I am not sure how you do commissions, but I would suggest looking into the custom invoice report. You can go into options once running the report and customize which metrics are pulled. You can have it pull all the invoices within a certain date range, and you can customize the report to show you pretty much any information you can link to that invoice including: The doctor they saw, the optician who sold them, Patient Total, Insurance Total, Combined Total etc...
I typically use this report for anything billing related.. I will also export to excel where I can sort the data how I would like.
