Is there a way that WS3 can show on Crystal's schedule which patients have been called/texted, which patients it couldn't get in touch with, which patients confirmed, etc? Or, is there a way I could click on a patient and see when that patient was notified of their appointment? Or does WS3 not do that with Crystal?

We had a similar request from our patient outreach software, Solution Reach. From what I understand, These software integrations are "read only" and will not "write" new information into Crystal for you. We have a staff member pull up the confirmation report on Solution Reach's Website and go through the schedule and mark all the electronically confirmed appointments confirmed in Crystal. Typically we do this the day before so that we can manually call any patients who Solution Reach missed or did not reach.
