Does Crystal have any printing support for the Datamax Label Printers? I have found that the Dymo Printer with the DT390 Labels work great...at first. They tend to fade quickly and are very difficult to scan when doing inventory (Even on newly printed labels). I have labels that were made using our old Datamax printer which is printed on a Glossy Thermal Transfer label from 5 years ago that will still scan like it is brand new. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the late reply, I actually just saw this post. IIRC, we have integrated the Datamax in the past, just using the CrystalPM template and making adjustments in there. Don't hold me to that, though. If you'd like us to try, just put in a support request and ask for Kraig, and I'd be happy to take a look with you!

I worked with an office's IT guy a while back and these are the settings that worked for them: The path is START>>DEVICES AND PRINTERS>>right click on printer>>select print preferences>>PAGE SETUP TAB>>STOCK>>EDIT>>enter dimensions needed. click "OK" select "APPLY"
