I have multiple recall reports set up based on diagnosis and relation to appt date. After the last set recall, the recall on the pt record changes to 'Not Found'. It is not possible to pull a report on 'Not Found' recalls, so I've gone through the Correspondence report and checked all old appointments to find these. I'd like to know how anyone else is handling this, how long you send recalls, etc. What works for other offices, and has anyone found a good way to deal with old recalls?
