Dymo Turbo 450 - what labels are you using?

I can't seem to get the barcode to show up.. Only the wording. Am I doing something wrong? I am using a SATO printer.

DOES NOT WORK: Archcrown DT391 7/8" x 15/16" with rat tail. I know for a fact anything smaller than 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" will not work, as you will be unable to fit a 12-13 digit UPC code and be able to scan. 

Typical settings in Crystal for the above printer and label are:

We were using the Archcrown DT390 labels for years with no issues but now they are not working correctly with our Dymo Labelwriter Turbo 450. We thought the printer was going out so we got a new one and these labels still do not work. It is feeding through a bunch of labels. We tried genuine Dymo labels and they work fine on both machines. The Dymo labels we are currently using are the ones with the rat tail, but I was wondering if there are any genuine Dymo labels that are more similar to the DT390?

Same exact thing happened to us... DT-390 worked perfectly until a couple of weeks ago. We also bought a new DYMO & the DT-390 still do not work on it. Tried the Dymo brand labels with the rat tail on the old Dymo and it works but the labels are too small for us. Did you find an alternative to the DT-390 or find a way to make them work again?
