We are one of the many offices that came from OPTO. They had a GREAT frame tracking system, this was a definite strength they had. We could run a report of all outstanding returned frames which made it VERY easy to make sure we got the correct credit.
Right now it is very time consuming to clear the "purchase price" of each frame when we get the frame credit.
1 - Create a report for all outstanding frames that have been returned but are waiting for credit.
2 - Create an easy way to clear a group of frames when the credit is received.
