Newbie here, so I hope I am doing this correctly. We are looking at using SolutionReach's new LimeLight Real-Time appointment scheduler and wondered if anyone else was using it yet with Crystal? Pros vs Cons? Would love to know. Thanks, Kym

I am using Crystal - and SR - But not "limelight" - I will look into it and see if I can find anything out for you.

We are currently trial running it. Doesnt seem to be capable of handling CPM templates that well....its ok. Not quite worth the money IMO. You still have to call the patient to schedule. They can just see available times and request a time. It then sends u an email with what they requested, but you have to call them and manually schedule still.

We are using 4patientcare and they are also moving forward with direct write back for appointment reminders (which I am beta testing for them now) and the next step will be direct write back to the schedule. If you haven't committed to solution reach you may want to consider 4patientcare. They have a very robust platform and have been very responsive for the 4 years that we have been with them. Would be happy to talk to you more if you would like. Very happy with them
