Our office deals with injury cases and I often have to send transaction histories to lawyers. They need to see the date of service associated with each visit. Is there any way to set up the transaction history to display the date of service by default? or can I set up a custom transaction history?
Thanks, Jo

The Transaction History uses the Statement format. I just checked and when Admin/Invoice/Past Due Statements section is set to Original, it does list the date for each line item so that is the date of service for that item. I see it has the billcode instead of the CPT code so if you need that, it looks like you will have to create a custom statement.

BTW, Why does the transaction history use the statement Format? It's a totally different entity. I just realized that the custom statement I just created with ageing and payment information at the bottom will now mess up the transaction history printout since those items are not appropriate for the transaction history.
And IMO, the standard transaction report should have the CPT codes, like the standard invoice, instead of the billcodes. The billcodes don't have any meaning outside our offices. Marcia
