We have a new vision plan that works a little different than what we have had with others.
For frames they applies a 30% discount to THEIR allowed portion of the frame and the patient gets a 20% discount on the overage.
For CL materials, they apply a 15% discount to THEIR allowed portion of the CL and the patient gets a 10% discount on the overage.
Is there a way to set these up under the insurance fees when the allowed amount varies?
